tineye.com and reverse image search

After someone pointed out elsewhere that you can now do a "reverse image search" to help detect fake photos, I though I would check it out, and maybe implement it here. 

So I did.  However, tineye.com is expensive to use an as API ($300 minimum) so it will not be available except to paid members.  What that means is, when a photo is uploaded it will be checked on tineye.com.  The result will be stored and only paid members will see those results.
