We tend to think of B&B as one of those liqueurs that lives at the back of the cabinet for years, unnoticed and undesired. This article from The Intoxicologist sheds a bit more of a positive light on the benedictine/brandy mix, lauding its history and suggesting recipes to use it in.

B&B is the first mixed drink ever bottled and sold in the United States, after having been invented at New York’s “21 Club” in the 1930’s.
